cb000
Okay...so this is my little art gallery...
I draw a lot, mostly during school. I guess some people call it doodling, but it helps me pass the time through those boring classes XD. So it's during school that my style evolves and improves. You probably won't get to see many of my sketches, as they are just practices 0_o but you will get to see some of my finished works. I used to avoid drawing on the computer as I only had MS paint (which I found to be inconvenient), but now that I have Opencanvas, I'll be drawing more on the computer. I'll only have time to draw on the computer on weekends, but it's better than nothing, right? Oh, and I'm finally settling into a set shading style on the program as I've figured out how to exploit the layer feature. But again, I do have a busy schedule, so don't expect to see a lot of pictures.
You'll also notice that most of the pictures are of my own Yoshi character, cb000, and that's because I don't have time for requests, though I get one once in a while. I don't even have a request thread on the forums! I also have several other characters that I've made for my fan fics, and I usually draw them just to have a reference pic for them. I might draw them more if I feel like it.
My style has "evolved" so that my Yoshis stand upright. They have taller bodies and slightly smaller noses (compared to my old style). I left their legs thick and relatively short, and their arms are pretty long, I guess. Their hands are smaller because I found the original Yoshi's hands to be too big, and the feet are larger. And yes, the eyes are going to remain black and generally style-less as long as I have my trusty pen. I'll make "fancier" eyes on the computer, however. I usually draw my Yoshis facing the viewer's right. I try not to draw from other perspectives because that means I have to practice that certain perspective a few times to get used to it, and I really lack the patience to do that. Yea, yea, I'm only a casual artist...who cares? It's my style lol.
You may be wondering about the name "cb000." I know it sounds strange, but I do have a somewhat long history behind that name, which only a few of my friends know about. Just know that you have to spell it out when saying his name; c-b-zero-zero-zero. Or if you're lazy, like me, you can just say "cb." There is a subsitute for that name, and it's Mr. Sky, also with its own history, which I'm too lazy to tell. Also remember that the name is NEVER CAPITALIZED, except in a few cases. So disregard grammar rules when writing it down lol.
So enjoy my pictures! Feel free to look at them, copy/paste them onto your computer (I don't know if you want to or not), or steal them...I don't mind lol.
Current status: Sophomore year at Cornell. I'll draw whenever schoolwork doesn't get me.
