Draggie's Overdrive

So here's Andrew, in the process of using his primary attack, Overdrive, in which his energy output and efficiency makes huge jumps. The red glow comes from his absorbing most of the higher frequencies of light and only allowing the excess frequencies to escape. He keeps an E-field ring around himself as a means of levitation, which occasionally captures lightning that passes by, and he does create lightning storms due to his control over electric potential.

Oh, and that dark "energy ball" is a concentrated mass of tau-neutrinos designed to pass into the target and "detonate" at the center into a black hole. You can see the tiny accretion disk around it.

And you can see him blocking an explosion with his force fields made of a wave-function-locked surface.

Uhh, fear him. Three universes were created after this battle.
