Leon the Riolu - Giftart

This is a surprise giftart for some guy on DA. He has a Riolu OC, as you can see here.

The background could be better, but I get bored of backgrounds very quickly. I just experimented a little and then stopped. The valley below might look a bit more epic if I hadn't covered it with thick clouds to hide my laziness.
